We stayed in the classic rooms. Had a great time at this hotel. Staff was attentive and friendly. Definitely used the shuttle service and the kids loved the pools. We also used the bike rental to bike down the greenbelt -such a cool experience.

I've been to many events at the Riverside, and its always amazing. Great staff, and catering is always on point. I also grew up going to the riverside and have watched it change over the years, and the ownership over the last 10 years or so have really done a great job. We do staycations all the time, and the Riverside is always our first choice.

Booked a one night stay in their junior suite with a balcony overlooking the Boise River. I do not have a single complaint only that I wish I could have stayed longer. PROS: Walkable to Bardenay and Stagecoach Inn or you can stay in and dine at their restaurants. I'm looking forward to the Sandbar being open in the Summer. Indoor and outdoor heated saltwater pool! It was absolutely stunning during a cold winter's night. Spacious rooms with clean and higher end quality bedding and towels. Quick access to the greenbelt and walkable to Quinns Pond, Esther Simplot Park, and the Boise Whitewater Park. Hop skip and jump to Push and Pour for morning coffee or Talaya Wine Co for a glass of wine. The staff was also very kind and welcoming. 5 Stars! Highly recommend.

It was amazing. From the moment we checked in, we had wonderful service. We were given yummy cookies, drink vouchers, and advice on where to visit while in town. The breakfast buffet is wonderful! Omelet bar is a must. They have multiple restaurants and they are all great choices with delicious options. Great perk is they offer a free shuttle to downtown Boise so you dont have to worry about driving/parking. I will only stay here the next time I visit!

My grandma and I stayed here and I attended a convention. We ate the free breakfast that the hotel provided and it was so good. Way better than a continental breakfast! This was actual hot breakfast. The water pressure in the shower was good. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Sometimes you can hear neighbors at a hotel, but not here. I think the sound proofing is done very well. It's all worth it to stay here. I highly recommend it!

We stopped here on a road trip, and we wish we stayed longer! It was one of the highlights of our trip! The staff is all great and friendly. The rooms are nice, the breakfast is good (yum omelette station), and the inside and outside are beautiful! It was so nice to walk by the river and play giant chess. Both of the pools are very fun, but our one year old loved the indoor pool the most with the splash pad and vortex pool.

Huge shout out to the staff-absolutely killed it, in all departments, front desk, restaurant, housekeeping. You have some keepers on your team! We stayed over a holiday weekend and it was packed, they were patient with each new guest. We witnessed some unfounded & rude remarks and the staff rebounded quickly and graciously. This is a beautiful property along the river with tons of live music throughout the property, a huge breakfast buffet as well as off menu at several restaurants. Our room was a little dark having one small window in the living room and dim lighting in the bedroom but but the size was generous. The bathroom exceeded my expectations from the photos. Overall we slept great and were comfortable. The property is huge and they give you a great map but it still challenging to navigate once inside the building, I think more signage in the halls would eliminate that. I also loved the beautiful art displayed throughout the hotel. Fun property! Great job executing!

Beautiful hotel. Probably a spectacular hotel in its day. Overall our stay was good. The rooms lacked sound proofing. We could literally hear conversations ( words, not muffled) between people in the room next to us. Also, though the pool closed at 10, (gratefully) if your room has a patio near the corn hole area and pool, be prepared for noise. This in November even. I cannot imagine how noisy it would be in summer. The continental breakfast was good, not great, however the wait staff ( not host) were excellent and the would cook you a fresh omelette if requested. The reservation desk should inform guests of noise potential. I asked when checking in if the "courtyard" room meant that it would be noisy, I was told it would not be. That was not the case.
